Initial comprehensive health-history and goal-setting session
Personalized functional lab recommendations
Detailed review and interpretation of completed functional labs
Personalized wellness plan
Supplement and protocol guidance
Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
One 60-minute private coaching session each month
Ongoing support for questions between sessions
Adjustments to your wellness plan as needed
Preferred client pricing on functional lab testing
Functional Labs Are Purchased Separately
This is intentional.
I don't believe every client needs every lab.
Some clients may benefit from starting with one or two foundational tests. Others may need a more comprehensive investigation.
We'll determine what's most appropriate for your body, your goals and your budget and can phase testing over time when appropriate.
You will always know the cost before ordering a lab.
Why Six Months?
Changing your health takes more than receiving lab results and a list of supplements.
The real work happens when we begin implementing your plan, evaluating how you're responding, making adjustments and creating new habits that fit into your everyday life.
Six months gives us the time to investigate, implement and adjust without rushing the process.
What Happens After Six Months?
My goal is not to make you dependent on a health coach.
It's to help you understand your body and give you the tools to continue supporting your health long after our initial work together.
Clients who would like continued support can transition into a low-cost maintenance option or schedule individual follow-up consultations as needed.
